CFUW St. Thomas most recently amended its constitution and by-laws in January 2021. The Constitution and By-Laws outline the Club’s purpose, membership, membership fees, fiscal year, executive committee duties, standing committees, interest groups, club meeting, elections, and also includes by-laws for the Club’s scholarship fund.
